Private Dining in the gardens at Gravetye Manor
The gardens and grounds surrounding the manor are without doubt the jewel in our crown. It is with pleasure that we are therefore able to offer a variety of ‘outdoor’ dining options for small parties and private groups.
Our oak gazebo is situated in the beautiful little garden here at Gravetye. Fantastic views down over the meadow to our lake can be enjoyed from this spot situated in front of the Manor. You will also enjoy use of our terrace area, just outside the sheltered gazebo. Available for 8-12 people, May to September.
The Summer House
The Summer house was built in 1902 by Ernest George who was a friend of William Robinson and a teacher of the architect Edwin Lutyens. It is situated at the end of the flower garden looking back towards the house with views over the valley and the lake. The two side walls are glazed and the front is open, giving a welcome shade from the sun and protection from the summer breeze. Available for 6 people, May to September.
