With the manor closing its doors for four months from 2nd January 2018 to build a new restaurant, we have limited availability left to dine and stay between now and Christmas. Head Chef George invites you to enjoy his seasonal menus before he closes his kitchen doors for refurbishment.
“Everyone involved at Gravetye, from the owners to the team members, are passionate about improving the guest experience as much as we possibly can and the work that is being carried out here at the beginning of next year is a major step in allowing the quality of the food, the service and the ambiance to reach a new level.
There is an important link at Gravetye between the cuisine and the garden and my aim, since I have been here and continuously in the future, is to grow that connection to give a real sense of time and place. The new dining area looking out onto the garden will really cement that synergy.”
Dine and stay from £355.00, price is per room per night based on two people sharing a Classic Room. Inclusive of three courses with coffee from our seasonal menu, overnight accommodation and full English breakfast the following morning. Available on selected dates in November and December, subject to availability.
