OUR FIVE FESTIVE PLANTS AT GRAVETYE THIS WEEK
Gravetye Manor can be considered one of the most historically influential gardens in the country, as it was once the home of pioneering Victorian gardener and writer William Robinson.
Over the years we have been working hard to develop the long border as a 'year round planting'. To achieve this we have selected plants for their shape and winter structure, as well as their summer appeal. It has taken time but at last this winter we feel we are starting to achieve what we wanted. Here are five of the plants which we are particular pleased with!
Miscanthus 'red falls'
Cynara cardunculus
Miscanthus giganteus
Libertia peregrinans
Sedum 'matrona'
